Jerry's SMP Store - Terms of Service

By accessing or making a purchase through the Jerry's SMP Store, you agree to the following Terms of Service. These terms are designed to ensure fairness, transparency, and legal protection for both the buyer and server staff. Failure to comply with these terms may result in disciplinary actions including, but not limited to, bans from the server and forfeiture of purchases.

1. Refund Policy

  • All payments are final and non-refundable.

  • We do not offer refunds for any reason, including but not limited to: server bans, item removal, player inactivity, or changes in game/server policy.

  • Attempting a chargeback or payment dispute will result in an immediate and permanent ban from all Jerry's SMP services.

  • If a payment was made fraudulently or by mistake, contact support within 24 hours.

2. Delivery Policy

  • Digital goods are typically delivered within 15 minutes of payment confirmation.

  • Delays may occur due to server lag, plugin issues, or manual verification for INR/UPI payments.

  • If you do not receive your item within 1 hour, please reach out to our support team via Discord with:

    • Your Minecraft username

    • A screenshot or copy of your transaction receipt

    • The item you purchased

3. Payment Methods

  • We accept:

    • PayPal

    • Stripe (Debit/Credit Cards)

    • INR Payments via UPI (Mobikwik, Paytm, PhonePe, GPay)

  • INR payments may require manual verification. Contact our Discord team with proof of payment.

4. Rank & Item Policy

  • All purchases (ranks, keys, cosmetics, crates) are non-transferable and non-exchangeable.

  • Virtual items do not have real-world monetary value.

  • Ranks and items may be adjusted, renamed, rebalanced, or removed for game balancing or technical reasons without compensation.

  • Lifetime ranks refer to the lifetime of the server, not the player.

5. Account and Behavior

  • Buying items does not make you immune to server rules.

  • If you are banned for violating server rules, you will not receive a refund.

  • Sharing accounts or buying on behalf of another player is at your own risk.

6. Chargebacks & Fraud

  • Any chargeback or PayPal dispute will result in:

    • Permanent server ban

    • Blacklist from future purchases

    • Possible reporting to Mojang/Microsoft and other networks

  • We may work with payment platforms to resolve disputes and detect fraud.

7. Parental Consent

  • If you are under 18, you must have permission from a parent or legal guardian to make any purchase.

  • We are not responsible for unauthorized purchases made by minors.

8. Changes to Services

  • Jerry's SMP reserves the right to:

    • Change store pricing or product availability

    • Modify or remove perks from ranks or keys

    • Suspend or terminate store access without notice

  • Continued use of the store signifies acceptance of any future updates to these terms.

  • This store is not affiliated with Mojang AB, Microsoft, or Minecraft.

  • Minecraft is a registered trademark of Mojang AB.

  • All content, branding, and server-related assets are property of Jerry's SMP.
